the drinking holidays have never been my thing, but as a girl named Erin, its hard to not recognize Saint Patrick's Day as the powerhouse of drunken consumerism that it is! If you like to theme your nail color, you have the luck of the irish on your side: there are tons of great green polishes to choose from, in variety of green tones! here are some of my top picks. for a good basic shamrock green: "starboard" by china glaze this opaque green is the perfect shade for downing green beer and finding your pot o' gold. for a bright grass pastel neon: "fresh" by l.a. colors gel extreme shine i love this neon grass green. i layer it over white for brightest results. for a couple of dark hunter options: "hunter" by zoya this deep forrest green is perfect camo for any urban jungle. "christmas gone plaid" by opi this deep green is incredible anytime of year. this is really worth getting your hands on. for a bright green that leans a bit teal: "four-leaf-clover" by china glaze the name says it all: this leans teal in many lights, and has the best formula. for a green that is also the pantone color of the year: "tilda" by zoya this is a dead dupe for the pantone color of the year "greenery." its fresh and fun and not too lime. "wet my thistle" by sally hansen miracle gel a brighter version of "tilda," this green is a pastel dream. for an olive green: "olive twist" by h&m nail polish this unique creme really does look like a cocktail olive. for a springy pastel option: "honeydew" by fresh paint i picked up this minty fresh green at 5 below. this pastel is so bright and no white base required. what are you wearing this saint paddy's day? i'd love some more recommendations. thanks for reading!
